Do you use Eco-friendly detergent?

Yes. For dry cleaning we use SYSTEMK4, a non-toxic, environmentally responsible process that was developed to match (and often beat) the cleaning power of traditional PERC—without the health and environmental downsides.

What makes SYSTEMK4 different?

• Non-toxic & halogen-free: The primary solvent, SOLVONK4, contains no fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, or astatine. When used properly, it doesn’t pose a risk to air, water, soil, or people.

• Not classified as hazardous: SOLVONK4 is not a hazardous material or substance.

• Biodegradable & skin-friendly: Dermatologically tested with a result of “Very Good.”

• Proven performance: Cleans as well as—or better than—PERC, without the harsh chemical odor.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Absolutely. We offer free pickup and delivery for wash & fold, dry cleaning, and household items within our service area. You can schedule directly online or through our app—just leave your bag at the door, and we’ll handle the rest.

How does wash & fold service work?

It’s simple:

1. Schedule a pickup or drop off your laundry at our Brighton location.

2. We weigh your clothes, wash them with high-quality detergent, dry, fold, and package them neatly.

3. You can pick up in-store or have it delivered back to your door—fresh and ready to wear.
   

What types of items do you clean?

We clean just about everything, including:

Do you offer tailoring and alterations?

Yes. Our experienced tailors handle everything from simple hems and button repairs to more complex alterations. You can drop off tailoring items with your regular laundry or dry cleaning.

Is there an extra charge for items with pet hair or special care?

For wash & fold services, we charge a small additional fee ($1 per pound) for items with excessive pet hair. This covers the extra time and care needed to ensure your items come back spotless.

How do memberships work?

Our Star Laundry Club memberships make laundry easier and more affordable. Members get discounted rates, priority service, and automatic billing. Choose the plan that fits your needs—from our Star Light tier to our Super Nova plan.
