James Dunn23 days agoThis laundromat is special. There is a very polite on duty attendant that is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Moreover it is clean with operable machines that present many options for payment. Many services are offered that include laundering your clothes for example. Different types of detergents are available. I highly recommend Star Laundry Club. If it were possible I would rate it higher.Posted on Google
Rosa B25 days agoLove love love this laundry mat. Clean and quiet most days. And very affordable. Didn’t want to review because I was a little scared to reveal in hopes it stays the way it is but 5 stars for how clean and affordable! Come here once a week and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. There is an app to download to pay on your phone or they have a self service cash machine that will also help if you have cash+2Posted on Google

Jeff Klemin33 days agoUsed today for the first time because our dryer is out until I get time to fix it. This place is much better than the other place across center Street..if you know, you know. Very clean and modern and the online payment or card on every machine alone is worth it. Only downside is it's not open 24 hours. I stayed til closing and rolled my clothes out to my car and the doors automatically locked at 11pm... sorry, had to leave the cart outside the door. Highly recommend. 8-27-2026 update My dryer isn't working so went and did my laundry there today. Nothing more I can add ... great place. Clean. Easy to use. This time I was there during business hours when one or 2 employees were working keeping the place clean. Very friendly and helpful.Posted on Google

Chris Wilson176 days ago“Wow—what an incredible transformation! Star Laundry Club in Orem is now one of the cleanest, most modern, and best-run laundromats I’ve ever visited. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, and the entire facility runs like a well-oiled machine. No more dealing with outdated or unreliable equipment here. The vibes are positive and welcoming, with all top-of-the-line new commercial machines that handle everything from everyday loads to bulky comforters with ease. What really sets them apart are the convenient added services: excellent wash and fold, professional comforter cleaning, easy laundry drop-off/pickup, and reliable delivery routes across the Orem and Utah Valley area. These options have completely taken the hassle out of laundry for me—making any other service feel like a waste of time. If you’re looking for the best laundry service in Orem, Star Laundry Club delivers 5-star results every time. I’ve already recommended them to family, friends, and neighbors, and I’ll keep doing so. Highly recommend stopping by or using their pickup and delivery! Star Laundry Club - Orem 79 N State St, Orem, UT 84057 Open daily 7 AM – 11 PM”Posted on Google

NY206 days agoI had a great experience at this laundromat. The facility is very clean and well maintained, which immediately made it feel comfortable to use. The space is also quite large, so it never feels cramped even when there are several people doing laundry at the same time. One of the best parts is the wide variety of machines available. There are plenty of washers and dryers in different sizes, which makes it easy whether you’re doing a small load or larger items like bedding. Everything appeared to be in good working order and easy to use. The business also offers great options that make the whole process more convenient, and the service is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s clear they take pride in keeping the place running smoothly. Overall, it’s a reliable, clean, and well-equipped place to do laundry. I’d definitely recommend it.Posted on Google

Jaimie Curtis211 days agoThe place is really clean. It is easy to use. It is the only place I will do laundry now. The seats are comfortable and are plenty and even though my child is grown they do have an area for children to sit and play. Other places always felt so stuffy and this place is nice and cool. The only thing I have to complain about is that there are only 2 small load washers available. Also the prices are affordable especially the dryers. At other places I was constantly having to load money in just to get it to dry and the dryers here are amazing.Posted on Google

Mark G262 days agoI never thought I'd enjoy going to a laundromat, but the staff here make all the difference. Everyone greets you with genuine smiles and treats you like family. They remember regulars by name, help with any issues immediately, and truly care about making your experience great. The facility is spotless and the machines work great, but it's the people that keep me coming back. When my washer had a problem, they fixed it right away, with a smile on their face. It's rare to find this level of kindness and service anywhere these days. Highly recommend!Posted on Google

M P265 days agoGreat machines, and lots of them. Lots of custom wash options. Staff is really nice and sociable. Very clean. Decently priced for a laundry matt (they're all expensive but they keep it reasonable.) I didn't like having to download an app, create an account, then add money. Annoying 10 minutes wasted. But once you're set up, the app has great reminders when your clothes are done, and keeps track of which machines you're using. I would also like to be able to add smaller amounts of money instead of $10 chunks. I love that it's next to Savers so I can kill time shopping while I wait. I can also donate old clothes and do laundry in one visit. In addition the hardware store and dollar store are right there too. It's easy to forget about your clothes though! Parking is crowded during prime time.Posted on Google

Tanner Liddiard421 days agoThis is not just a laundromat, it's a sanctuary, a heavenly house of habiliments. Many 21st Century ways to pay for services, free Wi-Fi to look up "synonyms for clothes" while you wait, clean and fresh. This is what a laundromat should look like, and trust me I've seen a lot of prime examples of what a laundromat *shouldn't* look like over the years. Congratulations, Simple Life, may you continue to clean clothes for the eternities.Posted on Google

Keziah Goetz509 days agoGreat laundromat! The app is kind of confusing though, and I noticed for the dryers it’ll throw up an error and say I need to pay .25 more cents because I “changed a setting” (when I didn’t lol) . Last time I ended up wasting a dollar or two on there before i realized it was just taking my money and not giving me anymore time or anything however that is more than likely just an app glitch of some sort. I also feel like the costumer service is super good and they would’ve helped me out/refunded me if I would’ve asked for help but I am non confrontational about things and just took the loss. I also noticed a couple of the dryers didn’t use the same app as the other ones, which also was confusing but also feel like we have to give the business some grace because they are fairly new and probably still working out some things! Overall I do like the environment there and will just stick to the card reader vs the app! Maybe a app tutorial on one of the social medias or posted on the walls on how exactly it work for those who are non confrontational could be helpful.Posted on Google
Madison Krum517 days agoThe ONLY laundromat I will use. It is always super clean, and I love how you can pay with an app that will also notify you when your stuff is done washing/drying. Kari Hatch595 days agoI don’t live here but came down to work on my sons’ home and decided to surprise them by doing their laundry. I went to one laundromat a little closer to their house and turned right back around and left. The machines were filthy and it was dark and musty. Enter Simple Life. You can use the Huebsch app to pay for your washer and dryer and I LOVE that. I never carry cash and this is super handy. This place is enormous, bright, open, scrupulously clean, and is a very comfortable temperature, without the humidity and heat of some laundromats. Machines are excellent. Prices are listed on their website so I won’t restate them here. If I lived here, I’d never use a laundromat other than this.Posted on Google

Ben Buttel633 days agoNeeded to wash a lot of clothes for an upcoming trip and didn’t have much time so I looked for a laundromat on Google and found Simple Life Laundy. The reviews were great so I decided to give it a try. I was blown away at how nice and clean this laundromat was. The workers were very friendly and helpful. You’re able to do everything through an app and it also gives you alerts to remind you when your load is almost done. This was a one time thing because I have a washer and dryer at home but because it was so convenient and quick I will be sure to come back and recommend this place to everyone.Posted on Google

Having just moved to Orem and not having a laundry machine in our house right now, going to this laundromat has been such a lifesaver. We even got a kind text message from Chris about their deposit match offer, and we were so grateful to hear about that! Until we can afford our own washing machine, this will be our go-to place for laundry days!! FIVE STARS.Posted on Google

Anela Stinson675 days agoSimple Life Laundry is the best way to get laundry done! They have a wide selection of machines with many different sizes! The establishment is clean, with lots of amenities including guest Wi-Fi, well-kept bathrooms, large screen televisions, comfortable seating areas, lots of tables for folding laundry, wide aisles, carts to carry laundry around in, vending machines, and a counter where you can buy snacks, soaps, detergents, softeners, etc. The owner is super sweet and friendly- he even gave me free soap because it was my first time! The other staff is just as pleasant and nice- customer service is definitely a big priority here! I would highly recommend Simple Life Laundry to anybody wanting to get clean laundry done fast and in style!+2Posted on Google

I hoped to have a positive experience here. I was so pleasantly happy with my experience. I felt it was reasonably priced and very simple to use. A weeks worth of laundry was finished within an hour and a half. I highly recommend it. I suggest you go on a weekday rather than a weekend.Posted on Google

Mistie Jones757 days agoI had to wash some -25⁰, heavy duty sleeping bags. This place was recommended to me by a stranger at another facility that did not have machines big enough for my bags to be cleaned. Simple Life Laundry and their 10, 8, 6, 4, and 2 load machines did not disappoint. The facility was clean, bright and busy. The machines were reasonably priced. Sofia helped us and was very helpful and nice to work with. We will absolutely be back when we need big, clean machines. FYI: the machines take a debit/credit card or the workers card. If you pay at the desk with cash and have them use their facility card, you get a discount. No coins needed and no change machine.Posted on Google

The place was very clean and there were plenty of nice places to sit while waiting. There's a huge amount of machines so I doubt you'd need to wait to use one even during a busy time. The staff and store owner were amazingly friendly and helpful! They genuinely seemed to care about the people there. Discovered Things830 days agoThis cool new laundromat is the largest in Utah, and is worth touring. I really think it would be a fun idea to set up a waiting list line outside, have people sign up for tours every 15 or 30 minutes, and as an ongoing event, guide them thru the experience of what's new in the world of laundromats. That would be fascinating and worth it. Discover state of the art, all new machines, clean, modern, and pretty cool high tech options. Be sure to take a close look at, and really study the beauty of their artsy floor too. Don't be disheartened. When you first step in the door, some of the larger and therefore more expensive machines are near the front, and therefore it may seem off-putting... until you realize what it is that you are looking at. Big new beautiful machines that each takes the place of 3, 6, 8, 10, or who knows how many smaller machines. We're talking giant, clean, 100 pound machines. So this place has it all, and if you keep reading below, you will see why it is worth the money. Also, they do still have some of the smaller and less expensive machines inside. The wifi works great, it is close to McDonalds and Savers, and their laundry app tells you when your clothes are about done so you can sit around McDonalds, drink a milkshake and relax while you are waiting. Why this place is worth the money: When you load up funds on their app, you get credited back a surprisingly decent amount of money (20 percent additional money credit added right back onto it right away.), That 20 per cent back makes this place the most affordable, a smart decision, and way good. Chris, the owner is a great guy, and Kay is cool too. This review is from a regular repeat customer. Art.Posted on Google
